Single tool automatic cutting press with cutting belt and "pinch and grab" pincers.
It is the ideal solution for applications requiring large cutting head size and high cutting power. COmplete flexibility, unrivalled productivity, cutting accuracy and reliability are the main machine feature. Available with three different cutting head sizes, 600mm 870mm and 1000mm, it is suitable to cut both rolls and sheets in either single or multiple layers. Its structure has been designed to facilitate and speed up tools and cutting belt replacement from the machine side. The system can be fed by roll-holder with either manual or automatic alignment. Its has a maximum cutting sped of 90 strokes per minute. Available in 50 tons |
