Single tool automatic cutting press with cutting belt and powered nip rolls.
It is the cheapest and fastest solution for cutting single or multi layers materials in rolls. Easy to programme and use, this system ensures a high positioning efficiency also thanks to the unique ATOM automatic nesting software. It can be connected to roll-holders with either manual or automatic alignment. The long life nylon cutting belt has a reasonable cost and can be easily replaced from the machine side. The system has a maximum cutting speed of 100 strokes per minute. Available in 25 tons
