Single Tool Automatic Cutting Press with tray, pincers and automatic off-loading. It is the cheapest solution for cutting materials in sheets, with the automatic off-loading of the cut pieces on lateral conveyor belt. In cuts on an indexed PVC pad with special pincers which do not require any stapling of multi layer materials. the accurate self-adjusting positive stop minimises the wearing of cutting pad and dies. The machine may employ both steel ribbon dies and forget dies. The unique ATOM automatic nesting software allows the best yields. The system has a maximum cutting speed of 50 strokes per minute.
