Waterjet Cutting Systems

The FlashJet belongs to a series of cutting tables designed to cut without cutting dies, a wide range of man-made materials in single or multiple layers, up to a total thickness of 100mm. The high performance achievable thanks to their speed and structure makes these tables suitable for several industrial application. The systems are composed of a waterjet cutting station with single or three nozzles with variable distance automatically controlled by the operational software, 2 level automatic handling pallets to load the material and unload the cut pieces on one pallet, while the other is performing the cutting. The pallets are available either with a steel mesh or with a special structure of steel pins designed to minimise the back-splashing and help to keep the material in place during cutting. Total safety and an efficient soundproofing degree are ensured by a special protection cabin. The systems are controlled by a Nesting Software, automatically or manually operate, for optimised layplanning of patterns. The FlashJet matches easiness of use and high material yield, regardless of operator's skill and allows to automatically cut irregularly shaped of previous cuts |
