The system features:

     PC with operating software RS-WARE (off-line)

     Monitor that guides and facilitates the planning, displaying information related to normal operation and reporting errors.


The software:

The solution RSA, is composed of two different SW:

     One resident on a PC that acts as operator interface and allows the complete management of the facility

     The other resident on the control of the robot that allows the communication of all data necessary for the proper operation of the system making it unnecessary intervention of each language programming robots.


RS-WARE provides in a simple and intuitive, all the functions necessary for the programming and use of the robot. With this SW each technician can intervene on the robot without stopping the production cycle.

A program of movement of the robot is constructed from a series of points typed in sequence.
RS-WARE offe the availability of modifying the program in all its parts, and in addition to the many functions and to a quick installation, is accompanied by:

     Recognition systems to interface with the transponder and / or barcode

     Connecting to the plc and the vision system RS-VISION

     Multi-application

     Programming via RS CAD 2D and half-DIGIT
